Cheshire House is a comfortable, friendly, bed and breakfast situated in the historic village of Castleton, an ideal base to discover the delights of the Peak District.

Cheshire House is centrally heated and there is private parking.

We have two extremely well furnished double bedrooms, both offering en-suite facilities. Each room is equipped with colour television, hairdryer tea/coffee making facilities.

A choice of breakfasts is served in the spacious and tastefully decorated dining room to ensure a good start to your day.

Castleton is an exceptional area for walking hosting some of the country's finest walks.

The village of Castleton boasts several lovely village pubs, including, tea rooms and an Italian restaurant, not forgetting the Blue John caves and gift shops.

Situated nearby are historic sights such as Chatsworth House, Peveril Castle and Haddon Hall. The market towns of Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne are all within easy travelling distance. For those looking for thrills and spills there are a host of theme parks slightly further afield including Alton Towers and Gulliver's Kingdom.
